Shipping Method

Standard Shipping: 5-8 Days
Priority Shipping: 3-5 days

 

CANCELLATION OF ORDERS

Please email us within 24 hours of placing your order if you would like to cancel it. If your order has been dispatched, we cannot cancel or change your order.

 

Return/Exchanges

Return & Exchange Policy Thanks for shopping at AUORcrafts. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
We offer returns within 15 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. Any returns after this period will not be accepted.
If we are unable at the time of return to replace or exchange returned goods, we will offer a refund.

 

Eligibility for Return,

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging and including all tags. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

 

Return Shipping Cost

Original shipping costs (and duties, if applicable) are non-refundable. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item (unless the item has been deemed faulty by us). Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

 

Refund,

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

 

Damage item,

 We undertake to replace any product delivered to you that is faulty or is in a damaged condition. If you wish to return a faulty or damaged product, you must notify us within 24 hours of receiving.
We will happily replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you have received a faulty/damaged item, please contact us with details and photos/videos of the fault, as well as your order number and we will get back to you within 2 business days.
We will be responsible for paying for shipping costs for returning damage item.
